Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment. Delivery then takes 7-15 business days, so the estimated total is 9-19 business days. During busy periods, it may take longer.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Every order includes tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at the moment. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Email us as soon as possible at noriaclub87@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update it.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us first at noriaclub87@gmail.com and we will send you the return instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How do I pay?

Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

How do I use it?

Put it on like glasses, choose your intensity with the one-button control, and relax. A session takes about 5 minutes. It has a 10-minute auto-timer, and its glasses-style design does not cover your eyes, so you can use it while reading or watching TV.

How do I charge it?

It is USB rechargeable, and the USB cable is included. A full charge takes 2-3 hours and gives up to 1 hour of continuous use.

What is included in the box?

1 main device, 1 cleaning cloth, 1 USB cable, 1 manual and 1 box.

Is it safe for everyone?

This is a personal care device, not a medical device. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, or have an eye or skin condition, please check with your doctor before using it. Stop using it if you feel any discomfort.
