30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return
Email us at noriaclub87@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send any item back before contacting us.

Condition of Items
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not the one you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or gift cards.
