NORIA CLUB ("we", "us") operates noriaclub.myshopify.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and your choices.

- Order information: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you provide it), and the items you order.
- Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal and Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card number or PayPal password.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages you send us by email or through the contact form.

How We Use Your Information
- To process and ship your orders and send order confirmations and tracking updates.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
- To measure and improve our store and our advertising, including through the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel.
- To send marketing emails, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store:
- Shopify (store platform and checkout)
- PayPal (payments)
- Suppliers and shipping carriers (only the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order)
- Meta and other advertising partners (information about how you use our store, to measure and improve ads)
- Email and order-management tools we use to operate the store

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and measure traffic and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may not work properly.

Data Retention
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet legal and tax obligations and resolve disputes.

Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
